If you are interested in studying programming you can join some institute for studying Java or c++.There is not much programming in the syllabus of IT or BE comp.sc or ECE .
Reply:i don't know much about BE- ECE yaa but BE - IT and comp.Sc have programming languages in thein syllabus . if u r more interested only in programming then go or IT , and if have some interest in hardware like processor design, chip design %26amp; programming then go for comp science
