how do i set the letter out? do i put my address and their address on? what details do i include apart from i'd like to apply for the job? any help will be appreciated. my CV includes details of work history and personal profile?
What information should i include in the letter along with my C.V?
th eletter should have at the top right hand corner your name address telephone number on it then on down slightly on the left their address,
you then address it dears sirs,
RE: (whatever the position is you are applying for).
then go on to say i refer to the above position within your company and have attached my cv in order to apply for this role.
then enter a paragraph about why you want to apply for the position and why you feel you would be most suitable.
finish the letter with i look forward to hearing from you.
yours faithfully,
(signature written on here)
your name

Reply:if you're applying for a job that you've heard about dont forget to put how you heard about the job and why you think you're a suitable candidate.
if you're just sending out random letters write why you sent it to the particular company, why you feel you'd be a good candidate for employment there,
whatever you do, dont repeat big chunks of your cv in the covering letter, it looks bad.
Reply:On the letter, u should try to give them details on why they should employ u... eg, extremely meticulous to details - (this is for an advertising company ), persistent or smooth talker- ( good for an insurance agent)
Just give details like this and state why u like the job so much. My uncle is a manager who goes thru everyone's CV so he tells me how to write a good CV.
Reply:If its a formal letter then yeah.. write your address on the top right hand, then theirs below but to the left...
Write about you.. your academic qualifications and any other qualidfications that u may have.. it really depends on wat type of cv it is but yeah... hope that this helps! all the best! I just finished mine just now as well!
Reply:Your name and address at the top of the page.
The date of the letter and the name and address of the company you are sending it to on the left.
Then you highlight bits of your career history that are relevant to the job you are applying for in the main bodt of the letter.
Your CV MUST include the following:-
Name
Address
Date of Birth
Schools/Colleges/Universities - dates you were there, FULL address, ALL the exams you took AND Gades
Jobs - dates you were there, FULL address, job title and the tasks you did
Other Information - Hobbies and software you know how to use
Referees - Two people you have worked with or who know you well, their Job Title and FULL postal address
Reply:First you should say why you want this job and then say that you think you can handle the job in a polite way like - I think I/ll do fine in this job - and finally thank them for the time they spend studying your CV.
Reply:You should include your reasons for applying for the job, any periods of time you are unavailable for interview and thank them for their time re accepting and reading your application.
You may find it helpful to use a Microsoft Word letter template to set your letter out.
Reply:There are contract employment websites like headhunter.com that has a newspaper and forum on the internet called c.e. weekly contract employment .... you can try to access that website and ask advice from people working in that country. In Europe they usually like lots of details. You can get help making a cv also ... so i would search a contract employment website
