all what you need to do is to integrate this function because the integral is opposite to the derivative.
to integrate, we add one to the "power" and then divide by the new power.
int. f(x) = (36x^4)/4 - (9x^3)/3 + (16x^2)/2 - (8x)/1
we assumed that 8 = 8x^0 (x^0=1)
int. f(x) = 9x^4 - 3x^3 + 8x^2 -8x
we should add c to our answer, but you dont want to.
F(x)= 36x ^3-9x^2+16x-8. enter antiderivative of f(x). do not include constant c in answer?
use what you learnt about antiderivatives fron your class
Reply:f(x)= 36x ^3-9x^2+16x-8
The antiderivative of this is : 9x^4-3x^3+8x^2-8x
Reply:F(x) = 9x^4 - 3x^3 + 8x^2 - 8x
