What kind of things do you include in a C.V?
A brief statement about yourself (to include your strengths; ex., proficient with MicroSoft Word and Excel)
Your work history including places of employment, dates, and your title(s)
Your education (to include high school, college, etc.) and any degrees you acquired
Brief listing of any outside affiliations (ex. member of a local charitable organization, etc.)
"References available upon request"
Reply:Just do a search for "sample resume" %26amp; "resume cover letter" on Yahoo (since Y! Search has the suggested pulldown menu as you type, I find it very useful!). Or go directly to these websites %26amp; search there:

Good luck!
Reply:Your cover letter includes why you are interested in this particular job for this company and the reasons why you would be their best choice, such as reliability, dependability, etc. Your resume should include education, experience and skills so that the employer can see whether you would be a good fit for the job. If this is your first job, you can add things that you accomplished during your school years, such as awards, commendations, volunteer work, club projects, etc.
Reply:If you are in the medical, research, or sciences field a Curriculum Vitae will be necessary. Any other business or industry that is not related to research or sciences uses a Resume. C.V.'s tend to be more than 5 pages or more to include any research, books, or papers written.
A resume is a 1-2 page document stating history of employment, education, professional organizations, volunteer work, certificates/awards/training, and languages. You should highlight your knowledge, skills, and accomplishments in brief, detailed sentences. A summary statement to show your experience and what value you can bring to the company. Make sure you tailor your resume to each job that you are applying to. Your cover letter can highlight your experiences with what the company is looking for in a candidate.
Do not include "References available upon Request" on the resume. Have your references on a separate page. That should be references from previous employers, supervisors, or co-workers who can provide a great recommendation to the future employer.
